Reservation code entry

You can find the reservation code on your ticket, schedule or on our sleeve. It's also known as a "PNR" or "Record Locator". If you do not know the booking reference code or if you can not find it, call us or write us by e-mail, and we'll look your code up by entering your name. The reservation code is a 6-character combination of numbers and letters, so enter only these 6 characters when entering. It doesn't matter if you use upper or lower case letters.

Enter your last name

You must enter your last name as it appears on the reservation (and your passport). Do not enter your first name or other information.

ATTENTION: You can only use "checkmytrip" to review your reservation. You need to contact us directly to make any changes.

So if you want:

• a special meal on your plane,
• to choose or reserve your seat,
• to change your information and add a frequent flyer number,
• to change flight dates,
• to cancel reservation,
• to confirm your reservation,

How much luggage can I bring?

It depends on the type of flight and the airline. Contact us for exact information.

Why can't I access my reservation?

Verify that you have entered the first and last name correctly. If you still have problems, give us a call.

I need an invoice to recover my costs.

You received the invoice with your ticket. If you lost it, we can send you a new one.
